Every 3 minutes, it is estimated that a child is born with a cleft. These children are often unable to eat, speak, socialize or smile. In some places they are shunned and rejected. 

Operation Smile DRC provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children in the DRC.
